Definition of organic farming
Organic farming as defined by IFOAM, is an integrated farming system based on a set of processes that result in sustainable ecosystem, food security and good nutrition, animal welfare and social justice. Thus, the concept of organic production it means more than the production system that enters or excludes certain inputs.
